Located in the heart of Bodrum, in Bitez Village, Gaia Tiny Houses Boutique Hotel is the perfect choice for nature lovers who want to experience tiny living. As Bodrum’s first and only tiny house concept hotel, our property features 1+1 and 2+1 loft tiny houses, each with its own private garden, offering you the comfort of a home in your own private space. All our houses are equipped with a private bathroom, a small refrigerator, a kettle for tea and coffee, and a compact kitchenette.

Our open buffet breakfast, included in the price, is prepared using as many local ingredients as possible and features homemade jams. The hotel is just a 10-minute drive to Bodrum Center and 5 minutes to Bitez Beach. Other parts of the peninsula are also easily accessible: Ortakent is 12 minutes away, Kargı 15 minutes, Yalıkavak 22 minutes, Akyarlar 30 minutes, and Göltürkbükü 35 minutes by car. Our seaside location is close to Bodrum’s most popular southern bays with sandy beaches. It’s a 5-minute drive to Bitez Beach, 12 minutes to Ortakent Beach, 15 minutes to Camel Beach, and 30 minutes to Akyarlar Karaincir Bay.
