Yamactepe Science Camp Area

All Information About the Facility

We are creating new development areas for the growing Şahinbey. Yamaçtepe is one of these areas. Since it is located at the highest point of the city, it has clean air and a beautiful view. Being located between Yamaçtepe and Burç Forest makes it a pleasant place. There is both a picnic area and a youth camp here. Our youth camp allows 120 young people to benefit at the same time. We bring our young people together with nature and offer them a camping experience. It will be a pleasant area for both our young people and the people of Gaziantep.

YAMAÇTEPE SCIENCE CAMP

The project area is located in Yamaçtepe Neighborhood, within the Yamaçtepe Nature Park.

The project area is 70,000 square meters.

Within the scope of the project, 7 two-story and two-room bungalows, 1 administrative building, 1 dining hall/meeting building, 1 warehouse, 1 toilet/mosque building, an open-air fire place and sitting areas were constructed.

Each bungalow consists of two separate rooms and each room has two floors. Each room can accommodate 8 people, so the total capacity of the camp is 112 people. There are also toilets and showers in the building.

The administrative building includes a management office, health unit, security room, storage area and kitchen/WC.

The project area includes an adventure course with 11 towers, a zipline, climbing walls and a jumping tower for free fall. The adventure course is two floors and contains a total of 22 obstacles.
